Cabin Crew Qatar Assessment Preparation

Looking to join Qatar cabin crew staff ? This is an exciting career choice, but in order to get a place on the cabin crew training programmes, there are a series of tests and assessments you need to get through first. Find out more about these tests below.

Assessment process consist of

Interview Questions & Answers

Most frequently asked interview question for the air hostess and air attendant interview.


These questions and their answers can be used throughout the interview process (Telephone interview, Video interview, Final Interview, discussions, etc…)

Personality Test

Be totally truthful in this one. There are honestly no right or wrong answers.


This personality test will give you an example about the type of questions you will be asked. 

Group Exercises

A group exercise is an assessed discussion exercise that involves a small group of candidates (usually 8-10 people), following a question posed by a member of a firm’s recruitment team

Role Play

A role play is an exercise about dealing with a situation as you normally would, where candidates act out a scenario to determine how suitable the candidate is for a particular role.

Aptitude Tests

English Tests

Questions regarding structure, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and aeronautical interaction skills.

You also might be asked to write an essay about any topic.

Verbal Reasoning Test

The test measures the ability to draw logical conclusions from complex verbal information.

Numerical Reasoning Test

The test assesses the ability to find and retrieve relevant information when confronted with different types of question.

Tattoo Check

Most airlines have very strict guidelines when it comes to their cabin crew tattoo policy but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t have any tattoos, it’s just ones that are ‘visible’ will need to be covered up at all times whilst at work and in uniform.


You will be free to display as many tattoos and piercings as you like in your free time down route on night stops.

Reach and Height Check

Cabin crew members have to meet certain height requirements. At the assessment day you are asked to perform a reach test to check that you can reach the required height of 212 cm. This is without shoes and allowed on tip toes with either one or both hands, fingertips reaching to the marker.
