By using the site and the services it offers, you confirm that you acknowledge, understand, and accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

 

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site without express permission from the website’s administrators.

 

All copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights of the site and any material available on the site belong to Airline Assessment Prep or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights to such materials

 

We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for any consequences arising from or related to interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the website at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

 

The information contained in this website has been submitted to us by users who attended the interview and shared their experience. Airline Assessment Prep will try to maintain as accurate information as possible for each airline interview preparation. However, we can’t guarantee that the exact same questions and information will be introduced during your interview. Airline Assessment Prep is not responsible for any damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by anyone who uses the information and advice presented on this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages and makes no representations or warranties thereof, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

 

Any material, information or other communications you submit to this site will be considered non-confidential, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable and non-proprietary. Airline Assessment Prep will be free to disclose, copy, distribute, incorporate and/or otherwise use any submitted data, together with all images, sounds and text, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You specifically agree that this license includes the right for us to provide, promote, and improve this site.

 

Under no conditions may information, text, images, links or e-mail addresses be copied, transferred or used without expressed written permission from the website’s administrators

 

Any attempt to breach or circumvent our website logins or other security processes will be considered as an illegal activity and will subsequently be dealt with as such.

 

Prices

Prices are as specified in each airline interview page and are guaranteed for the period stated on the order form.

 

Payments

All prices include VAT and are in EUR.

All prices include VAT and are in EUR. No financial information is kept by Airline Assessment Prep and all transactions are processed directly by the payment service providers Paypal or Stripe. The connection to the payment service providers is secured by https to protect your financial information. Payment for premium subscriptions is a one-time payment.

Subscribed users will access the training software immediately after the payment.

 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your initial subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, Airline Assessment Prep reserves the right to charge you for the time you spent using our service or software within these 14 days. For each day that our service and software have been used by the subscriber 3.3% of total price will not be refunded.

In addition to the above Airline Assessment Prep will charge a 15 EUR cancellation/refund fee.

In case you are not able to access your subscription due to server issues from our website your subscription will be prolonged with the same time as our server was down. If the server is down more than 3 days you have the right for a full refund.

In order to get a refund send an e-mail to contact@airlineassessmentprep.com with the subject refund. We will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.

Minimum system requirements are:

• PC, 1 Ghz, 512MB Ram /IMac Intel or Mac Pro, 512MB Ram
• Screen 1024×768 pixels
• Internet Explorer (Version ≥ 7) or Safari (Version ≥ 5) or Firefox (version ≥ 3.5) or Chrome (version ≥ 5)
• High speed internet connection (300 kb/s minimum)

 

Termination

Airline Assessment Prep reserves a right to revoke any subscription for the following cases:

• Copyright violation
• Sharing the subscription access with someone else.
• Any improper use of the website (improper means all actions that could damage the website technically).
• Entering personal data on the website that shall not be registered in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

Copyright

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited:

• Customer may not print or download to a local hard disk extracts for commercial or personal use.
• Customer may not copy the content to individual third parties for any use.
• Customer may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content.
• Customer may not share account access, passwords, usernames or any form of login details with other individuals, companies, charities or entities.
• Customer who don’t follow our copyright policy may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE THEREFORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THIS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION IS FREE FROM ERRORS, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURATE, OR OF ANY PARTICULAR PERFORMANCE STANDARD. WE DO NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE OR INTERRUPTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION, OR ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES, THAT THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INTERNET-BASED SERVICES MAY SUFFER LOSS, DELAY, ALTERATION, MANIPULATION, AND MISDIRECTION OF DATA AS E.G. WE ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT YOUR DEVICES AND SYSTEMS FROM MALICIOUS CODE OR PROGRAMS.

 

Interpreting this Terms of Service

If any provision of these Terms of Service should be or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remainder of these Terms of Service shall be considered valid and in full force and effect. Where possible, any provision deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable shall be amended to a valid, legal and enforceable provision which in its effects shall be as close as possible to the intention of the original provision.

 

Modifications to the Terms of Service

Airline Assessment Prep is entitled to, from time to time, modify these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, the user is encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions whenever accessing or using the site and the services. Use of the site and the services after posting of the modifications will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

 

Applicable Law and Venue

These Terms of Services and any use of the services and information shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law principles.
